macOS update freezing and black screen

please help, today i was trying to update MacOS into different OS sierra i think. And my pc stopped logging in into accohnt. When i try to log into into my pc account user it , it freezes for some seconds and Black screen and again user login appears.... how to fix? \

Hi! Here are a few things you can try:

Start your Mac up in safe mode: Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support and then install any available updates (Click the Apple menu > App Store > Updates)
Remove any peripherals connected to your Mac and then restart your Mac by clicking the 'Restart' button
Reset the PRAM: Reset NVRAM or PRAM on Mac - Apple Support
Reinstall macOS Reinstall macOS - Apple Support
