Why Doesn’t Apple.com Answer Questions Members Ask?

Apple does not use the ASC as a way to understand user issues. This is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here. They get feedback from users about desired changes, problems, bugs, etc. at their feedback link. You can provide feedback to them here, Feedback - iPhone - Apple

Apple.com has not relied in the Discussion to any of these complaints.

That's correct.

This is a user-to-user site. Apple is not here. The Terms of Use Agreement for this site.....which you signed.....make it very clear that Apple does not respond to posts on this site.

Your best bet might be to contact Apple Support directly: Support

Others are incorrect in terms of what Apple actually says about garnering feedback from here, or even about responding:

A 11 - "If you provide any ideas, suggestions, or recommendations on this site regarding Apple’s products, technologies or services ("Feedback"), Apple may use such Feedback and incorporate it in Apple products, technologies, and services without paying royalties and without any other obligations or restrictions."

And from the bottom of every page here:

"Apple may provide or recommend responses as a possible solution based on the information provided;"

That said, Apple currently rarely responds to any post on the forum. I haven't seen a reply by them to a technical question in over a year (they changed systems a year ago). They may reply to safety concerns, saying you should contact them about your safety issue through the official support methods (we are not Apple Support). There is no guarantee the right people at Apple will read any post here for technical feedback, and the feedback link provided earlier is the best way of ensuring isolated opinions like yours are heard by the right people.
