Voice Call forwarding to unknown number on iPhone

My voice call forwarding when unreachable Forward to this number 0093729**8***

but I don’t know this number.

please deactivate this number for my Forwarding voice call.

please help me and urgent deactivated from my voice call Forwarding, I try this code ##002#

but not worked.

Voice call forwarding when unreachable iPhone SE - call *#62* comes back with Forwards to +a number and Enabled i go to Settings/Phone/call Forwarding and it shows Call Forwarding disabled
