Okay, at least that's a reason.
That I can tell, you can't. The user doesn't have that kind of granularity control within pretty much any app.
What I gather though is you want to lie to someone. You want them to believe you sent a message they can see, when you really didn't send it. Okay, that's your business. But I still don't see a way to remove the message.
None that I know of, though I did do a search this time. It may, or may not work.
To remove the "You unsent a message" notification on an iPhone, you can change your message notifications in the Settings app:
What's wrong with a message that confirms you unsent a message? You may have done it unintentionally, so wouldn't you want to know?
And why do you think this so incredibly important you need an answer fast?

The idea is that I need to show someone the conversation and I don't want them to see that I deleted some of the messages and I want to delete that "you unsent a message" thing. that's why it's so important

Here's a tip. Stop obsessing over such incredibly minor things. Ignore the message and get on with your life.
