Screen Time/Downtime is not working properly on my Apple Watch- can't turn it off, or adjust allowed apps.

Hi! I use Screen Time on my iPhone and have a list of apps that are always allowed. I have a Downtime schedule that always works great, and I mostly use it to limit social media apps.

I just got an Apple Watch and the allowed apps on my watch are completely different from the settings I have on my phone. For example, I have Messages "always allowed" on my iPhone, but on my watch, Messages isn't allowed during Downtime. In fact, the apps that my watch allows while I'm in Downtime are completely random and almost all of the ones that it has blocked during Downtime are ones that I allow on my iPhone.

I can't find any way to adjust Downtime for my watch. I'd honestly love to disable it from syncing, because I don't necessarily want or need Downtime for the watch, but can't find that option either. I don't want to completely stop the watch from mirroring my phone, just want to change Downtime.

Any advice or ideas? Thanks!
