Can't download a new app because Apple TV thinks I already have it?

I want to download the app "U", the streaming platform. I don't currently have it on my Apple TV but for some reason the app store only gives me the option to "update", it doesn't give me the option to "get" or "download". For some reason Apple TV think I already have the app?

When I click "Update" it comes up with an error: "Cannot update app- U cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple Account".

Very odd as I've never downloaded it before. The only thing I can think of is my Dad has the app and we are on a family Apple One plan? But we have different accounts and different AppleIDs so this shouldn't make a difference.

I don't have the app on any of my other devices either.

Please help!
