I got money on my account from gift card and no I can’t buy in game stuff it say to me “purchase could not be completed “ I had this issue before and the support team solved

It’s always say change payment method! I got that issue before 2 times and only the support team solved for me Iam not that good to do it because of my English is bad too I only need to get to chat with them
