Accessing my CRAVE account that was part of my IPhone 16 purchase

I recently purchased an iPhone 16. There was an option to purchase a two year CRAVE TV subscription which I opted for. I did not sign up for Crave, and do not have a username or password. How do I access my Crave account that I’ve already purchased when buying this new phone?
