Spotlight and emoji keyboard issue on Mac

When I use shortcut for spotlight "cmd+space" and use emoji keyboard "cmd+ctrl+space" and press some random smile spotlight and emoji selection dissapears and after that keyboard is not responding. Only "touch ID/power button" helps in this case.

Forget about Chrome, as I said it happens in any app.

BUT you have to close all Apps, even Finder, in my case, if Finder is open it wont happen

Steps to reproduce(after all Apps are closed):

1) Open Safari, for example

2) Press cmd+space, Spotlight welcoming window appears

3) Press cmd+ctrl+space, Emoji Viewer appears

4) Click on a random emoji, both Spotlight and Emoji Viewer dissappear

5) Only window left is the Safari window. Now if you try to enter any text in searching field in Safari nothing will happen. Only clicking sounds.

6) If you want to fix this you can now open Finder or lock the laptop using TouchID button, after that everything starts working again

Now try to enter any letter in chrome for example. In my case it won’t respond. Just clicking sound.

PS I didn’t try to enter emoji in spotlight. It’s just sequence of event which lead to complete shutdown of the keyboard. And I tried to investigate how did it happen in my case when I tried to open emoji keyboard and I guess it happens implicitly and accidently.
