How can I upgrade the macOS on my iMac 21.5 Late 2013?

I have an iMac 21.5" Late 2013. It is currently running macOS Catalina ver 10.15.7 Are there any other options to upgrade this OS?

By the way, Macs run Mac OS, IOS is for iPhones and iPads.

Also, your 2013 is now 12+ years old and has been obsolete and vintage for quite a few years now. In short, it's time to consider replacing your 2013 iMac.

You might want to consider installing the Firefox Web browser. The current version will run on Catalina, and is still getting updates.
