Increase the number of times my I phone 13 rings
When I’m receiving a phone call my phone only rings 2 times before going to voice mail. How do I increase the number of rings?

Contact your carrier, since they control this option....not Apple.
Most carriers have a user site that will allow you to set the number of rings before a call goes to voicemail from 1 to 8 or so.
