Where do I type my Password on Apple Watch?
I’m trying to update Apple Watch. But you must type your PW first.. where do you type that PW???

Make sure that on your iPhone in Settings/Notifications/Apple Watch keyboard is enabled.
Then bring your iPhone near the Apple Watch. When the watch asks for the Apple Account password, you should get a message on your iPhone, asking, if you want to use the iOS keyboard to type the password and send it to the Apple Watch.
