Scammers taking money out of apple pay
Some scammer took $104 dollars off it of my Apple Pay what do I do about it

To whom did you send the funds? You can ask them for the money back. There is no other recourse.

We are going to need more details on what you are seeing. Apple Pay is not an account that any money can be deducted from, so are you talking about Apple Cash or are you seeing a charge on your credit card?
