Black heart emoji attachment issue on iPhone

I can’t seem to figure out how this update works, all my emojis work just fine except for the black heart which I use the most, however I can’t use it like a normal emoji without it sending as an ‘attachment’, I originally thought I kept going into the big attachment parts of the keyboard but it’s just my normal emojis where all the big emojis are, but I’m definitely not. I can’t use it without it sending as an ‘attachment’ which just sends it as a stand alone (and big) message, what does one do to get rid of this ???
