Soft and Hard Email Bounce

I belong to an organization that used MailChimp to communicate with the group. I have not been able to receive their emails, they are either Soft Bounced or Hard Bounced. If it is a Hare Bounce the mail services deletes me from the database. This is a long standing issue with anyone using Apple Mail regardless if it is a .mac, .icloud, or .me

Please fix this issue!
