Force quit applications message after macOS Sequoia update

I've checked the memory and deleted all that can be trash. No change in the message popping up. It's been since the last Sequoia update (15.2) The message that pops up randomly is named: "Force Quit Applications" with a list of choices to force quit ie mail, etc.

I've checked the memory etc and eliminated trash etc. No change.

Please help
