Sure, you can tell Apple, but as I posted just above your post, Apple isn't tracking the weather. They get weather from the Weather Channel.

While that may be, the data is being sent via them and all Apple is doing is presenting the data they've been sent by the Weather Channel. Feel free to notify Apple. This is a user to user only forum, not Apple Support. No one here has anything to do with what is being shown in the Weather app.

It appears the amounts shown are the forecast or prediction for actual accumulation, and not what’s actually fallen. The amount shown is missing a decimal point. The 138 was supposed to be 13.8” estimated.

That would be the Weather Channel, who Apple get's weather information from. Apple itself isn't tracking the weather anywhere.

That’s interesting, I have the Weather Channel premium subscription and app doesn’t even show snowfall for last 24 hours, for day or anything regarding accumulation.
