I have subscribed to Facetune free trail, never used it and tried to cancel it multiple times but I failed to login as it’s not recognized my email, no active subscription on iTunes but i have been billed today.
can you please help me to cancel it? Thanks.

If you started the Free Trial on the Facetune website, there is nothing Apple can do to cancel the subscription. Apple is only able to manage subscriptions made in the App Store. Once you sign up for subscriptions directly with a developer on their website, it bypasses Apple, so you are no longer able to cancel it easily in your Settings.
You will need to work out the problem with the website and/or the billing method used to dispute the charge. Here is their website:
Since you were previously unsuccessful signing into your account on the website, then you will need to use one of these methods in an attempt to contact them.
