Request to Remove Remaining Store Credit for Country/Region Change

Dear Apple Support,

I would like to change the Country/Region associated with my Apple ID, but I am unable to do so due to a small remaining store credit balance. Unfortunately, I cannot utilize this balance further.

Could you please assist me in removing or adjusting this store credit so that I can proceed with changing my Country/Region?

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.

The people on these boards are mostly other customers and don't have access to your account.

Hello ~If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to lower left hand corner and click on Support and they can zero it for you or…
