Is Safari more Secure than other Brower Such as Brave or Tor Brower?

Although "security" is a very broad subject, the literal answer to that question is yes. Security is Apple's prime directive. Their approach manifests in a strict zero-tolerance approach to established security protocols, whereas just about every other browser implements a more accommodative approach. That means websites that may still be using lapsed or otherwise invalid security certificates (for example) will not load in Safari, but they might with Brave or Firefox Tor or others.

For that reason, "best" is also open to interpretation. Many people use browsers that are not as secure. That's their decision.

John Galt gave an excellent answer. I would only add that if you're concerned about the data on your website being stolen, I don't think it matters what browser you use. You need to properly secure your website.
