My new iPad keep glitches patches! help!

My very first iPad is brand new, and I’ve been using it for six months without any issues. However, recently, I started noticing glitches, especially when using apps like Procreate. The glitches have caused patches to appear everywhere and even affected some of my files and all other apps, making them inaccessible. Out of desperation, I tried troubleshooting but didn’t have any success yesterday. I even upgraded to the latest iOS 18.2, hoping it would solve the problem, but the glitches persist. Is there any way I can fix this issue?

As illustrated, your iPad may have a hardware fault that requires repair.

You would be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page. Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases from Apple devices using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad:
