I was attempting to clear up storage in Gmail and noticed I had an Archive and deleted my Archive messages. I did not realize it would delete all my messages in my folders I had created to save emails and also deleted my whole Sent folder. Can I recover the deleted Archive messages?

Check your deleted folder, don't see it there then contact gmail support.
