Virtual classes for MacBook Pro organization and document management

I have had my MacBook Pro for a year and still dont know exactly what I am doing. I wanted to see if there were virtual classes to take? I want to organize my documents, and put receipts in a folder for monthly bills that I have paid and I am totally lost? I would love to take classes to learn what this laptop can do.
