Ghost tapping issues with my iPhone 11

Hello guys, recently I have had some ghost tapping issues with my Iphone 11. I had dropped it, (making the phone crack) before the ghost tapping had even started. There was no issue with the ghost tapping after dropping my phone until fairly recently. I'd say November or October range. The ghost tapping is usually four taps at the same time or four quick taps. Sometimes it can be around 7 though. It can be really annoying when it does happen. it only happens in episodes, sometimes it lets me watch youtube, and then BAM! its opening random stuff. This tapping only happens on the bottom of my screen, but not the very bottom where I can't press anything, even if the ghost tapping stops. One time, the bottom of my screen did work for about 2 days then resumed randomly. Lastly, when I turned on a setting where you have to hold the spot where I want to touch for a certain amount of time before the touch is recognized. This was an attempt to fight the tapping that sort of worked. Although I do get a visualizer of what its doing. . If you have insights please respond! One more thing it seems to be somewhat synced to when I tap the screen? Let me know your thoughts on that too.
