Multi colored lines on my iPhone 13 screen

iPhone 13 has multi-colored lines down the side of the screen and a green corner. This screen was replaced in April 2024 because of a similar issue, which eventually turned into a green screen. Apple wouldn’t repair it since we didn’t have Apple care. Went through an Asurion accredited company. Now 9 months later, it’s happening again :(
