My Apple Watch is stuck on the charging screen, what to do?

I charged my watch last night, and when I went to grab it the charging screen will not come off. I got it three days ago and have no idea what is wrong. Pressing and holding the Digital Crown still does Siri but she isn’t responding. Please help

Hold both the Digital Crown and the side button down together until the phone reboots and you see the apple logo.
