What are the chances of blood oxygen results being restored to my IPhone. Just diagnosed with Covid and the first question my doctor asked for was for my blood oxygen level which I couldn’t answer

Nobody can speculate on when such a resolution to the court actions will occur or even if Apple decides to purchase the company that currently owns the patents.
In the meantime, pick up one of those fingertip blood oxygen readers from any drug store.
And just to clarify, it's not your iPhone, it's your Apple Watch that measures your blood oxygen levels. Due to a patent dispute, Apple is barred from importing any Apple Watch into the US that has that feature. When or if that restriction will be lifted before the relevant patents expire, none of us here can say.
