Siri suddenly stop announcing outgoing calls, I tried to put Siri responses to prefer spoken, announce calls is selected on always and my IOS is updated, I have the 18.2.1 but it’s still not working

When you have multiple phone numbers for a single contact, Siri will prompt you to specify which number you want to call or text. This ensures that your request is directed to the correct number. Conversely, for contacts with only one phone number, Siri is designed to automatically proceed with the call or text without any additional prompts. This seamless interaction allows for a more efficient user experience when reaching out to your contacts.

Even for contacts with multiple phone numbers, Siri just asks “Which one?” without mentioning the contact name. I’m asking this on behalf of my father, who has a vision problem. His only way to ensure he’s dialing the correct number was Siri saying, “Calling [Contact Name]...” it has stopped doing that now
