It's good you remember your Apple ID Password, as you're going to need that to erase your iPhone using a computer, then set it back up from backup (assuming you have been backing up your iPhone). To put it another way… you don’t.

The only way past that is to erase and restore the device.

If you can memorize your Apple ID password you should consider changing it to something more complex and then storing it somewhere safe; like a vault. Just a thought
