iPhone 16 pro will charge to 100% and sometimes only 80%
sometimes my 16 pro will charge to 100% and sometimes only to 80 % help ?

Do you have optimized charging turned on? Apple turned it on by default in iOS 18. This is normal and expected behavior. Apple notes this in several support articles.

The iPhone has to do this so it can calibrate to 100% battery capacity. It’s normal.
