Forgot Apple Watch passcode

My watch is locked, wants pass code, cannot get to any screen to erase, just keeps clocking a new time to try passcode.

i entered wrong passcode. It is locked, needs an update. I keep getting a time limit to come back with a different pass code. Cannot get to any other screen?
