Touch Bar is pixelated and edge is dark blue

It started today as I watching something on my MacBook Pro 2020 M1. The Touch Bar has gone pixelated the whole way through with the left side going dark blue with it getting worse as I use the computer. However I use the computer for my college classes and need to use the computer. The buttons work however the display shows pixels. I've tried everything from restarting/shutting down my computer, going through terminal and doing the one command, going through activity monitor and quitting.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 15.2

On the M-series mac—

there is no SMC or NVRAM on the M1/M2/M3/M4 SoC

The best you can do if you have an issue— equivalent Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal.

If no change try SafeBoot to sort anomalies Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
