If you had the battery replaced recently, and the health dropped that far that quickly, take it back to whoever replaced the battery. If it was done by Apple, the work is warranted for 90 days.
And it was released in 2018, almost 7 years ago. There's no telling when the Author's phone was first sold and used.

Sounds like possibly an off-brand battery replacement. The original would be long gone by now.
I wouldn’t expect you would be able to see the health for an off-brand battery, but you may be right.
I’m more suspicious that the OP was sold a XR as “new” that had been sitting on a shelf for years. I wouldn’t be surprised the battery is completely toast in a week.
