I lived in the UK but I am leaving in a week. Can I get a VAT refund if I buy a laptop?
I studied in the UK but now I am moving out from the UK. (outside EU). If I buy a laptop, will I get a VAT refund?
Basically, no. The UK ended VAT refunds for 'tourists' (including students) four years ago (2021). And the UK left the EU five years ago (2020).
