My Apple wallet will not open it has the options but cannot tap & accidentally canceled cards on it

You are in the wrong place. Get out of Settings and go to your Wallet app. You cannot verify cards in Settings.
Apps is part of settings. Go back to your Home Screen, find the App that looks like what I shared above and open Apple Wallet app.
What do you mean it has the options? What happens when you tap the Wallet app?

i opened it in apps but there are a few apps I had that now I must go to App Store every time to use them changed my # last night I don’t know ???
It goes to wallet however it’s got like a film look over everything but cancel
