About Refund (FaceLab-Face and Body Editor)

I am writing to request a refund for the FaceLab - Face and Body Editor application. I did not intend to renew my subscription to this application. The app stated that it was offering a free trial, but I was charged without my consent.

I only used the application once during the trial period, and I was unable to cancel the subscription before being charged. I kindly ask for your assistance in processing a refund for this transaction.

While it's unlikely that a refund will be processed for a subscription, you can try at support.apple.com/billing or reportaproblem.apple.com. Be sure to cancel your subscription to avoid future billing: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

When you sign up for a free trial you are giving consent to bill you for a subscription if you do not cancel the free trial at least 24 hours before that trial period ends. Cancelling the free trial is not done in the app, it is always done through Apple here where you will have the option to cancel the trial, or the link provided by muguy will work too.

they wrote off money without my permission. 13,000 tenge were spent
