Mac Keyboard typing backwards in WhatsApp and the space bar not working in Adobe Bridge

Running Sequoia 15.2 on my Mac.

Since purchasing 4 weeks ago it's been fine, I was waiting on a dongle to connect my Intous Pro tablet and installed it today. Since then the spacebar will not operate as normal in Bridge - I have to use shift and spacebar together to insert the space. This is the only application that is effected by this. My WhatsApp has is now typing backwards in the address bar, yet when I type the message it flows l-r as normal and the spacebar works here.

Could anyone help with this, I find it difficult to believe that installation of the Intous could be responsible as am not using this in either of the applications - am I missing something basic here?
