iPhone locked to owner despite erasing and resetting

Trying to get my iPhone 13 ready to sell, erased & reset it and can't get the iPhone locked to owner removed

I thought I did everything I was supposed to, erased all the data, etc. from the phone, but the find my phone app where I removed and erased the phone says it won't be removed until February 8. Is there something I can do to get this fixed so I can sell the phone asap?
