Safari Tabs and Webpages Won't Load on new MacBook Pro

I just purchased a brand new MacBook Pro 14'' (M4 Pro 2024) for my schooling needs. I have never had an issue with Apple and Macs like this in the past, but for some reason my Safari tabs will not load, no matter what I do. I'm starting to think it's a software issue, because there's no possible way there could be too much load on Safari, as this computer has 1 TB of space, free storage, it's only running Safari, and there are no other background tasks going on.

I've tried looking up solutions to this, but find that nothing works. The most popular fix seemed to be switching off any proxy settings, but mine are all already off. I also know that it can't be an internet issue because I'm able to freely use my internet on any other of my devices without issue. I'm seriously debating on returning this computer unless someone can offer a working solution.

As of now, my Mac is completely up to date, has no storage issues, and has no detected problems. So, why would Safari be acting like this?
