Can’t install company profile

I’m trying to install a company profile on my personal phone. iPhone 15 pro max, running latest 18.2.1 software. Profile downloads but then gives an error when I try and install. Have tried factory reset

On the phone and everything I can find online. The error gives no information except the number 400. My work don’t have any ideas either: help!

Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?

2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you
If you want to turn on SSL trust for that certificate, go to Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings. Personal iPhone. There’s no profile installed and no option to turn on “enable full trust for root certificates”
