Apple ID тимчасово заблоковано

Hello!

I am facing a problem with restoring my old iPhone 6. To restore the device, I need to sign in to the Apple ID that was linked to this phone.

I now have a new phone, an iPhone 11, and I clearly remember that about a year ago I signed in to iCloud from my new phone using that old Apple ID.

But now I can't sign in to that old Apple ID. When I try to enter it, it tells me that the account is temporarily locked, and when I try to unlock it by resetting the password, it tells me that the account is invalid or does not exist.

So I can't complete the password reset.

Please help me recover my old Apple ID.

If you see an alert with a Request Access button, you might be able to request access to your account by tapping Request Access. If that does not work, this link —> https://getsupport.apple.com/?PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23626 is the most direct way (versus “Contact - Official Apple Support”) to get to the people helping you with this,

or by telephone at one of the numbers in this support article --> Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

If you have not used the account in a long time, note:

Legal - iCloud - Apple

VII. B "In addition, Apple may terminate your Account upon 30 days’ prior notice via email to the address associated with your Account if (a) your Account has been inactive for one (1) year"

Avoid making and using more than one Apple Account if at all possible. If they go dormant for too long Apple may lock them and then problems like the one you are having will arise.
