Why am I still being charged after unsubscribing iCloud?

Hi I’ve had an iCloud that was subscribed to iTunes. 2 years ago I’ve unsubscribed and deleted that iCloud but to this day I still get charged R69.99 every month on my bank account and I do not remember the login from that iCloud. What do I do?
