How can I improve Siri's voice recognition on my Apple devices?

When I want to setup siri (to allow siri )

I speak repeatedly again and again to "say "hey siri. how's the weather?"" but keep getting this "siri didn't quite get that try again"

I try speak to siri using the siri button and it understand what I said.

What is wrong???

How do I get Siri on iPhone to reply to me verbally and by text also? How do I get Siri to reply to me verbally and by text also ? If I’m driving and for some reason don’t hear her correctly I figure I can stop and read text if needed but they seem to disappear so quickly too Am I doing something wrong ? [Re-Titled By Moderator]
