Retrieving discarded iPhone call
I've discarded a very important phone call how can I get it back

Are you saying that you opened "Recents" under the Phone settings on your phone and deleted the record of a call? If yes, that record is gone.
Or, are you saying that you deleted a Voicemail message?
Most carriers have a user site that displays call records for the last 90, 120 days etc. Check with your carrier to see if they can help.
