Refund denied - Game removed due to copyright - "Human-Human: Sun God"

Hi Apple Community,

I'm looking for advice. I spent money on in-app purchases in the game "Human-Human: Sun God." Months ago, I requested a refund, but it was denied.

Now, the game has been completely removed from the App Store due to copyright issues.

This means I've lost access to everything I paid for because Apple hosted an app that infringed on someone else's copyright. I feel this is unfair.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? What can I do now that the game is gone?
