FileMaker Pro 18 advanced damaged after Sequoia installation

Since installing Sequoia my Filemaker Pro will not open, and a message says it is damaged and should be deleted.

Attempts to open FMP return the message:

“FileMaker Pro 18 Advanced” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin
