Non-functional Apple Pencil Pro on iPad Air

My Apple Pencil (pro) for my iPad Air does not work I’ve tried connecting and disconnecting , cleaned it , I got it 22 of December.

Unfortunately, you are now past the 14-day return date to either get a full refund or a free replacement.


As such, I'm assuming that you have a M2 iPad Air model that is compatible with the Apple Pencil Pro.

Should that not help, your last step would be to contact Apple Support directly for further assistance with this issue. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.
