Tmobile free apple tv doesn
I was given free Apple TV from T Mobile and no one can get it working. I tried T Mobile and Apple support. What can I do.

For this offer you will need an Apple Account with a linked payment method. Your Apple Account will also need to have your name, country (+ state for the US), DoB, etc. as asked. For new accounts, the email address needs to be confirmed by replying to the test message that Apple sends.
If you have an iPhone or other Apple device, then you probably have that already.
To redeem the offer, you will need to claim it through the T-Mobile site, as T-Mobile describes, and add your Apple Account (email) there, to link the subscription to that account.
Current Apple TV+ subscribers do not need to cancel that, as the T-Mobile offer will pause the fees for the duration of the offer.
Once redeemed, you can access the service on any device that has the Apple TV app, by signing in to the Apple TV app on that device, through the in-app Settings, using your Apple Account.
