How can I increase text size in Menu bar on MacBook Air?

My new mac air M3

The text in the bar (finder or stage manager) is tiny - how do I increase that text size ?

Not the tool bar, not the dock, the bar across the top with:

left // apple logo- safari/chrome - file - edit - view - history - bookmarks - profiles - tab - window - help

right // time, date, etc, etc...

I've looking in systems settings - display & accessibility & text size and have used those to increase sizes in other area/functions but cannot find how to

In Ventura, if you run System Settings, then go into Accessibility, then go into Display, there is

Menu bar size (*) Default ( ) Large

control about halfway down the screen. If you change the setting, you must log out, and back in again, for it to take effect. I tried changing the setting, and didn't notice a huge difference in the size of the text – but there might have been some difference.
