When will iphone mirroring be available in the EU?

I paid full price for all my Apple devices, plus significant margins, plus VAT for the exquisite privilege of living in the EU so I'd like to be able to use this feature.

I understand there's some kind of debacle between Apple and the EU about some regulations concerning some features of the software, I don't care about what they are and what the problem is and how it affects anything at all.

I just want to use this feature.

When will I be able to use this feature?

As an alternative, when will I be able to change my Apple ID country to the US without 1) losing all my purchases and 2) without the software whining that my BOFA US card is not issued in the US?

No one from Apple is on these forums, but if you want another user's guesses:

iPhone mirroring will be available once the EU tells Apple that feature can be legally turned on and complies with whatever EU legal framework applies and is not yet approved;
Changing Apple ID countries while using out-of-country payment methods, and keeping purchases from other countries - will never happen because of licensing and copyright law compliance. Doubly-never when Apple is also a content producer and streaming service and has a vested interest in preventing licensing violations and piracy.
